This policy covers thread.bmodule.tech and requests concerning the in-thread-cept product.
Who processes the data
The website and product administrator is Business Module. Email hello@bmodule.tech with any personal data request.
Data we receive
The form stores your selected service format, name, work email, and task description if you add one. The hosting provider may receive technical request data, including the IP address, browser type, date, and time.
Why we use it
We use the data to answer your request, suggest a service format, send the PDF guide, and prevent repeated delivery within a short period. Threads materials are sent only when you select the separate checkbox.
Where data is stored
Requests are stored in a secured Supabase database. Resend delivers the emails. Each service receives only the data needed to store a request or deliver a message.
Retention
We keep the data while it is needed to handle the request and meet related obligations. Consent to informational emails remains valid until you unsubscribe or withdraw it.
Your choices
You may request a copy, correction, deletion, or an end to processing. Email hello@bmodule.tech from the address used in the request.
